Door Decoration

So at my university we can paint our dorm doors or decorate them or whatever and I would love to do that. But I am having an artistic block. I want something creative obviously and one of a kind. I want something colorful and something intricate.

If anyone has ideas please feel free to share. I want to get started pretty soon.
